Return Policy

You may return an item purchased at www.dragonflyboutique.biz within 30 days for a refund or store credit by following the steps below: 


1. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
2. Enclose a copy of the packing slip that was included in the box with the item. Be sure to keep the original packing slip for your records. If you cannot send a copy of the packing slip, please include your order number, billing name and billing address with the item.
3. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to Dragonfly Boutique.
8. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Rules and Restrictions

* You must include either a copy of the original packing slip or your order number, billing name and billing address with the item.  Be certain to save the packing slip for your records.
* Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.
* We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
* In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or Dragonfly Boutique at 410-228-6825.
* You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
* Gift Cards may not be returned.
* Swimwear and underwear can only be returned with the price tickets attached.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact Dragonfly Boutique within 30 days of delivery at 410-228-6825. Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number.  We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Dragonfly Boutique, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact us immediately at 410-228-6825. Please have your order number available when you call.

Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

If an online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your online Gift Certificate.
